Decision: November 2003

Through fortunate circumstances, the current managing directors have searched independently from one another, for new areas of advancement and improvement at the same time.
The first conversations had already quickly established that both followed the same philosophy:

The bases for the establishment of the own company were decided.

April 2004: Foundation

The Flexo forwarding business GmbH was created in April 2004. By the siblings Andrea Bruestl and Helmut Bruestl, both forwarding merchants. More than 15 years ago Andrea Bruestl had specialized in sea freight loadings. In her last position, she was an export manager in a well-known freight forwarding company near Stuttgart. In his last position, Helmut Bruestl was acting as a branch manager (national/international transportation) with a large food carrier.

June 2005: Entry with the German patent and trade mark office
